  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays, sales, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan, subject to courier service availability.

Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable) so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, you may be contacted to arrange re-delivery, and additional shipping charges may apply.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include your order number and clear photos of the package and product so we can investigate and assist you promptly.
